Our head chef Tomasz Rochon finds inspiration in our splendid produce. In close collaboration with
Maître D’ Dagfinn Galdal, they compose elegant courses that reflect the origin and distinctiveness of the produce. The gastronomy is modern, but grounded on the classical French kitchen. The menus follow the seasons and are continuously altered. Surplus fruit and veg from the time of harvest are preserved and eventually become part of the menu on a later occasion.
The wines that accompany the courses at Boen Gård have been meticulously selected. We strive to offer courses that reflect a perfect balance between food and wine.
