Occasionally, Boen Manor opens its doors for dining guests. We recreate the legendary gastronomy from the recently closed restaurant MÅLTID in Kristiansand. Chef Nicolai Ellitsgaard Pedersen will present you the unique and pure flavours which made the restaurant among the most renowned ones in the Nordic countries. Here at Boen Manor we provide you the complete frame for culinary satisfaction, where our professional kitchen assembles thrilling and unique courses. Inspired by the Nordic cuisine, nature itself decides our menus, and we make a great effort in gathering groceries from our dedicated partners in the Southern Norwegian region.
Occasionally we arrange seasonal themes, where we for instance celebrate the fresh, local asparagus from Holum. Autumn equals hunting, meat and mushrooms, whereas winter brings fish and shellfish. We welcome you to our dining evenings at Boen!
In collaboration with leading wine producers, we arrange evenings where the wine is in center. Our proficient kitchen staff assembles courses that are ideal for both young and mature wines.
